Getting situated…

So, I have been working on so many things lately and my blog has taken a back seat. It’s not that it has escaped my mind, but I am learning wordpress and it just takes some time.

Yesterday I realized again how I must enjoy the moments of life as they happen. I was getting bunched about not doing the things I love and only doing the things I felt I must do. There always seems to be a tension between the two. Life is meant to be enjoyed and that means both the have-to’s and the want-to’s.

I realized too, that I just need to start writing whether it’s set up the way I want it yet or not. Sometimes I can be such a perfectionist and there again is a tension to manage!

Here is a fun picture of a pregnant iguana wandering in my yard the other day. My neighbor said that she was looking for a place to lay her eggs. She starts doing that about a week before she lays them. I haven’t seen her since so I am thinking we didn’t have the best “hospital” yard for her.
