Santa Catalina Arch, Antigua, Guatemala
If you spend any amount of time in Antigua, you will certainly walk down 5a Avenida where you see the Arco de Santa Catalina. It was originally built to be a walkway for the nuns of the Santa Catalina Convent to cross over to the school. It is not open to the public, as the convent now houses a beautiful hotel and the school across the street has been modified as private residences and a bed & breakfast.
Excellent capture of the architecture and atmosphere. I love the picture!
