Cloud Explosion

Living on an island provides some dynamic sunrises and sunsets. This morning was no exception. Although the colors weren’t the most impressive part of this sunrise. It was the massive, exploding clouds. Enjoy… Continue reading

Children.Island.English.Trash.

Every Saturday I get on my bike and ride down to my church in hopes that the children remembered its English learning day. Sometimes they simply forget it’s Saturday. Other times they roll… Continue reading

My car: the bike

So, for the first time since my single-digit years, I get around on a bike. I haven’t got around to putting stickers on it or attaching the tassle-thingy’s on my handlebars, but it… Continue reading

  • A Little About Me

My name is Jill. I’m a writer, deep thinker and on a quest to BE PRESENT and BE LOVE. I’m an ex-churchgoer. I’ve lived in 27 different places in my life. I was once an island dweller and I’ve been a pioneer in a handful of start-up organizations in the USA, Switzerland, and Honduras. Oh and I should mention that I was a real 40-yr-old virgin  when I came out. I hope to validate others experiences in abusive churches by sharing my stories and truths. I want you to leave here thinking differently and honoring that still small voice within you.
